Yoga is a beautiful way to upgrade the software in our physical body.


There are many benefits to practicing yoga, however the practice transcends far beyond the external postures we create when in physical flow. 


The physical practice of yoga heats the body and momentarily distracts the ego.

The spiritual practice of yoga is really the true practice. 


Because it elevates us out of our unnecessary suffering and guides us into alignment of our true nature. 


It’s here in this bathing of our true nature that we have the ability to feel at peace, and to truly feel free.
