Focused on wellbeing, creating the space to nourish ourselves whilst having the opportunity to learn, and connect with like minded people.

connect in person and hold space to dive within - together.

I am looking forward to bringing a variety of SELF Workshops to different cities and country towns around Australia.

SELF Workshops is an event curating branch of the business. During some of the workshops, I will personally offer a large percentage of my work (with talks, teaching (yoga) and meditations) and other workshops, will offer a beautiful blend of expertise of another person or business/es.

The intention of all workshops is the same:

Focused on wellbeing, creating the space to nourish ourselves whilst having the opportunity to learn, and connect with like minded people.
