About the Course

Vinyasa Yoga is characterised by connecting asanas (postures) together with breath.
This series is very slow, mindful and beautifully suited to both the beginner yogi looking to safely step onto the mat, as well as the seasoned yogi who is craving an unhurried + gentle flow.

Inside this Manifesting Yoga Series you will find 3 classes;
1. Commitment (50 mins)
2. Curiosity (55 mins)
3. Detoxify (60 mins)

You can practice with just my voice or if you would like to accompany your time on the mat with gentle music. My recommend Spotify Playlist is included.
