About the Course

Yin Yoga is slow, restorative and offers a beautiful amount of space for self enquiry.
Throughout these practices we hold floor based postures for 4-6 minutes. This encourages the physical self to completely deactivate and find stillness. These classes are beautiful to take before bed or when you are craving a peaceful space to rest in.

Inside this Nourishing Self Yin Yoga Series you will find 3 classes;
1. Authentic Self (45 mins)
2. Receiving Support (50 mins)
3. Self Worth (50 mins)

You can practice with just my voice or if you would like to accompany your time on the mat with gentle music. My recommend Spotify Playlist is included.
