About the Course

Vinyasa Yoga is characterized by connecting asanas (postures) together with breath.
This series is slow yet spicy, and suitable for all levels, as options to progress or modify asanas are offered as we flow.
These classes are really about meeting you wherever you are at.

Inside this Manifesting Yoga Series you will find 3 classes;
1. Breath (50 mins)
2. Mindfulness (60 mins)
3. Non-Attachment (60 mins)

You can practice with just my voice or if you would like to accompany your time on the mat with gentle music. My recommend Spotify Playlist is included.
